So proud of you for not only sticking it out, but catching up after you got sick and you had very valid reason to step back or drop out. Obviously,I know that I should have more personal willpower, but you really have been a huge part to me sticking to, not only this challenge, but with maintaining my confidence in my ability to stay sober. I look forward to seeing all your posts. I love the support and love you give everyone on here. 🩷💜🩷
Also, I am trying to get a few “challenge” ideas for February. I’m thinking maybe more core and flexibility to be the focus (maybe) since a lot of this month was leg focused. I know you mentioned it before but I figured I would get your (or anyone else who comes across this) feedback before I do lol ![]()
Awe thanks love. You are sweet. I totally get the huge impact it is to be doing these challenges with someone… totally helped me get my ass moving. I wasn’t able to do much else but am glad I did something lol
