Today I did a combination of a forearm plank and then went up on extended hands when I wanted to quit. I think varying my pose while holding my core might be the secret to success for me. I had an extra little spring in my step today. I can see my body changing for the better.

Day 16 done
I do it in splits now too. Much better and same result
Day 16 in the books.
Day 16 a min on elbows, 30 in high plank and then back to low
@TrustyBird I also find I can hold longer if I do low plank/ high plank.
For sure. And my stomach muscles are really feeling it today. I owe myself a 2 minute plank when I get home from work. I gave myself the morning to rest up.
Day 14 done.
Day 15 done. I got behind a day again
Got me shaking and sweating.
I did it! It was a bit harder after 8 hours on my feet but it is done. I’ll keep my planking to the morning from now on.
Day 17 made it to a min 30 before having to switch to high plank.
I love it, in fact I’ve bought a boxing bag, which should arrive tomorrow!! So I’ll also be kicking and punching at home from now on!
Day 16 & 17 done. Got stuck in work all day yesterday so broke them up. One before workout today, one after workout.

Day 18 done. I’m trying to find songs that correspond with the time . Green Day Sassafras roots, exactly 2 minutes 34 seconds. I’m not gonna be able to go much longer without breaking it up or going into hollow plank.
Quick check in - I’m on the injured reserve list. These hollow body hold have stained my back. I’m testing it in favor of a 5k race this Saturday.

Two days ago I woke up to tell my husband I was probably having a heart attack. After much thought I realized that my chest muscles have never really been worked out and that was the likely culprit. Today is a rest day and I’ll take it.
