Anthem of the Day (Part 1)

This is one of those songs when it shows up even though I’ve heard it 1 million and 2 times, I gotta hear it again :metal:

Woke up early today, turned on Pandora, and this was first song in my shuffle…Wholly HP, knowing what we need, before we can even ask.

A memorable music memory of the early '90s was seeing NIN open for Bowie. More accurately, NIN did a full set and were joined by Bowie for their final songs. Then it went straight into Bowie’s set with Trent staying on for the first few Bowie songs. The music never stopped, it was just one long show. Also, I got bruised and bloodied in the mosh pit and then was attacked by a goth chic in corpse paint wearing a torn & shredded wedding dress. Weird night, but magical.

Not sure this is quite ‘anthem’ material, but it’s one I’ve been playing a lot recently.

Whatever makes you happy or uplifted or feel something that’s all that matters, music comes in all shapes and forms and hits everyone differently :slightly_smiling_face:

So, I usually just come check out this thread and see what you all have been sharing. Today I happened to stumble across a song I’ve never heard before on my cycle workout class and thought I’d share it here. It is a band/genre that I don’t normally listen to, but during a push on my ride I tuned into the lyrics and it stayed with me. Hope you enjoy!

Disturbed is an excellent band, you should check out Stone Sour if you like Disturbed :metal:

Hey thanks for the suggestion! I’ll do that. It is somewhat out of my usual genre that I tend to listen to, but I do appreciate all types of music.
