These French rap tunes are great! The only one I can really remember was from an old mix tape I had 20 odd years ago. Listening back now, I have some very fond memories attached to this song I hadn’t realised😃

@JB.5280 on another thread just made me think of the Steve Miller Band. But youtube came up with this. Going to renew my interest in Stereophonics. Love them since I first saw them on a festival in Belgium somewhere around 2000 but they got lost to me a bit in the last decade.

I think Lush had more traction on the other side of the Atlantic, but they’re a favorite of mine. Didn’t get into them until about 10 yrs ago (they broke up in 1996 following the drummer passing away).
Never thought I’d get the chance to see them live – but they briefly reunited in 2016, and sure as shit I was there, front row. Got this great photo – I keep my phone in my pocket during shows, but will take a handful of pics at the beginning. Nailed this one.
