always enjoyed some operation mindcrime.
Love the Allman Brothers, Midnight Rider and Jessica are my go to tunes for 70s southern rock same with Lynyrd Skynyrd, that just set the mood for the night
Love the Allmans!! Back in the '90s I won tix to an invitation-only show, it was a warmup gig for them ahead of starting their tour. They played 4 1/2 hours, running through all the possible songs they could be playing on the tour. It was in a nightclub in Boston that held maybe 400 people. The room was small and intimate, and the band was laid back and loose as they were just playing for themselves and a few friends. One of the greatest concert events I ever attended!!! Thanks for posting one of my fav songs by them - it brought back a shit ton of memories of that night!!
Keeping it on that southern rock sound, Zakk is such an unbelievable guitarist, so much soul in his sound, I met him when I was 16 and he was fookin shit faced. But he seemed so happy. That ideology of looking at Rockstars and this image that drinking and doing drugs seems normal in society is so fd up. Itās plastered everywhere, how many legends died because of abuse? So many I canāt even count. Anyways my rant is over. This is an amazing tune
What an amazing run of albums they had in the '80s. Masterpieces all! Innovative and energetic from the start, their music evolved and matured. (Even their outlook matured - from Kill 'Em All to Justice for All ) Then they hit it big and wellā¦ at least we have those great early albums!
EDIT - Oh, and initially I thought you went with Puppets because of the Muppets song earlier
That movie is the best hahaha Jason Segal is just awesome period whatever heās in
Heck yes.i used to be a dancer that was one of my favorite bands.also seen them live twice.love peter steeleā:fire:
Great band, theyāve had so many good hits back in there day, just a feel good slow feeling band
