Luther Vandross was a great singer. I remember seeing the group ‘Change’ in Croydon South London in the 1980s. Dance with my father always has me in tears and ‘It’s over now’ will forever remind me of a broken relationship. All in my drinking years. If only I could return and watch these sober. It is what it is. ODAAT.

He’s playing Paradiso Amsterdam tonight and tomorrow. Both sold out. I’m going to pay better attention to what’s playing in town.

I remember coming home from an out of town football game, in a car with the other cheerleaders, teaching them the words of this song and all of us singing it.

Live.
