I could go back to sleep… the sun isnt even up yet, but I am just beating myself up right now. Day one is always hard but, I am worth it.
My kids are worth it. Without them I wouldnt be doing half as good as I am regarding sobriety. They are my everything.

Hey @moon.9. Be gentle with yourself. This is a hard journey and you are most certainly worth a sober life. Try and get rested. Maybe a nice warm shower or bath. Take it nice and steady. You can do this, we are all here for you walking the same road as you. Together we can do this, one step at a time.
