Welcome back. What is your plan now to stay sober? Have you considered AA meetings? Finding a sponsor? Working the steps? Doing everything it takes to stay sober? I really wish you all the best

Welcome back! One damn day at a time. You’ve done the right thing by avoiding the temptation today, so great job!

So much peace can come from knowing you have a plan in place. Maybe it’s AA, or another step based program, maybe it’s therapy, or something else. Once you have that framework to rely on you can start to trust yourself some more and really lean into the love for yourself that you need and deserve.

I have a sponsor. She really helps. This time i am using medicine taking pills. Without them it is almost impossible. Naltroxen and diazepam. I have 3 therapist. Every week I have therapy. Here all the people drink drink drink. It is the hardest part. I cant go to meetings yet. Love you all. This thing makes me sick and it is so hard so hard. I have to say a sponsor and using pills are must.

Is your sponsor a AA member surprised she hasnt ask you about not going to meetings .dont know who prescribed those two drugs as they arent compatible so the therapist dont seem to be working , my experience meetings will make it easier wish you well
