Hi there. I lurked here for a long time - helped tremendously. Was sober for four years - was a daily drinker. Six months or so ago I started up again - just once in awhile and never more than a few. Regardless, one or two glasses of wine takes me days to recover from. My body is definitely rebelling. I’m back - and I’m going to do it!
