Beginner tools

When I first came on TS all I did was gratitude. Every morning. I start my day with gratitude. I’ve been doing it for almost 900 days. I wake up each morning thinking nothing but gratitude. I trained my brain ODAAT.

As it turns out, it’s actually an incredibly effective tool against anxiety. For me anyway. Ya I get anxious sometimes still. But I deal with it so much better now.
