Only recognized it as an issue about a year ago and since have tried very hard to limit and remove porn from my life. Best of luck on the days to come!

I crashed hard and had to reset twice this week 
furthest Ive gotten has been 6 daysā¦ this is super hard to beat
@FollowtheHare I understand your feelings. It can be difficult to stop. One thing I do is to avoid my triggers but sometimes sexual content just shows up unexpectedly and then the urge stirs up. What keeps me from not watching porn and masturabting is the success stories Iāve read on thithis forum. I draw strength form their stories and I believe God will help me get through that moment. Its Day 23 for me.

Iāve reset several times recently, and am now 26 hours free. I got sucked into a trap of āethical porn,ā and then found myself right back at my old favorite porn site again a couple days later. Moderation and escalation are a thing, beware.
Anyway, glad to be back on the wagon. Trying to beat my prior 31-day record!

I relapsed after a week but have been good since then. Just taking it day by day. On my days off I make sure I have plenty of projects to keep me occupied
