wow today has been emotional I took a big step in getting help for my addition. i signed up for a 28 day outpatient program. Few, I have tried in the past to do it with out professionals so I am trying this. it feed good and scary all at same time. I start on the 28th. asking for help is hard when you are a addict, but when you stake steps to get it feels so right.

I don’t know to expected. But just now I burst into tears for no reason. I think this is going to be more emotional than I thought
