Binging is one of the worst thing to me.

You can’t go back and change your choices, so what are you going to do when the urge hits next time? Having a plan and a tool kit is incredibly important. You posted here before you did it, did you look up any groups near you?

Worse than binging is.giving up.start again and don’t do it alone. Love and hugs

Hey! We have a group of us doing my fitness pal where we log our meals and keep eachother acountable. Most of us are there for weightloss but a few of us have eating disorders as well, we’re there for you too if you need support.
