Hey all, here from the sunny UK.
So my first post, I talked about binge-eating. And how weekends were a difficult time for me.
As Monday has arrived, I’m reflecting.
I over-ate at the weekend. I had snacks. And pizza. And even some alcohol.
HOWEVER.
It all felt a lot more controlled, and social. And without any kind of emotional attachment.
I’m still guilty from maybe enjoying some foods that probably aren’t going to get me where I need to be fitness wise (I’m a student police officer).
But it does feel like I’m leaving binges behind.
