This week was exhausting on many levels. I am proud that I did everything that was possible to reduce work stress and personal stress.
I changed personal meetings to online meetings so I could work from home and I even cancelled a big meeting I was supposed to attend. I did only the absolute necessary chores at home and slept as much as possible.
I am proud of myself that I don’t push through when I need rest.

I know that for me, being exhausted and tired is a trigger for eating too much and for eating sugar. I am grateful that my wegovy medication is making it easier for me to resist these urges. They are still there, but not as loud and aggressive as before.

Have a peaceful day, everyone :purple_heart:

Really proud of you girl :pink_heart: Great job on making those changes to ur time and environment so that u could rest more. Your life sounds sooo busy. I hope that at some point it settles a bit

And fantastic work on staying free from binge eating. Fatigue is a HUGE trigger for me too. But u listened to ur body and gave it what it really needs… rest instead of food.

Keep up the amazing work!! :star:

1 month 3 days binge free
16 days no disordered eating
4 days not eating at night

Doing well actually in all areas of eating. Feeling pretty good about it. Im feeling the extremes tho when it comes to my weight loss med. Each week is different when it comes to the positive side effects. I take my Ozempic shot every Tuesday. Last week i really had to put in the effort to not eat late at night. This week, its not an issue at all. In fact, food is really a turn off right now. I dont feel like eating (I still do tho of course to nourish and fuel my body, but im eating smaller amounts). Im still tracking my calories too so that I know how much Im eating and if Im eating enough. I guess its doing what its supposed to do :woman_shrugging:

All n all things are going okay. Im still attending OA meetings n trying to make sure I do the daily work for my recovery.

Keep up the great work everyone!

New busy week ahead. I know it will change and become easier.

I hope I can get enough sleep, because that is my number one tool for staying sane and healthy.

ODAAT
Today it’s more like one hour at a time.

Have a peaceful day, everyone :purple_heart:

1 month 6 days binge free
19 days without disordered eating
1 week complete food abstinence

Slowly the days are adding up  Im super excited about my 1 week today! There was a time when I really felt like this was impossible.

Yesterday I ALMOST engaged in a compulsive eating behviour of mine. Thankfully, i thought about my 1 week being today amd chose not to partake in it. I didnt want to reset my timer. I knew that once i started I wouldnt be able to stop. The best course of action is to not even have 1. I cant fool myself any longer.

I joined in on an OA meeting today… it was on Step 1. It reminded me of my powerlessness over food. Its always a good daily reminder for me.

Hope everyone else is doing well today!
