I have about two weeks of “normal” eating, mostly healthy, a couple of unplanned snacks / desserts / second helpings that were ‘one and done’ so that is OK by me .

I relapsed on chocolate two days in row yesterday and the day before yesterday. And I’m here to hold my accountability.
It wasn’t as bad though, but once I started eating it, I didn’t k kw when to stop. It’s always the same story for me with sugar
I didn’t eat sweets for 1.2 months and having it after this time showed me how unwelcome it is in my life.
- It leads me to binge
- I feel crap afterwards
- Sugar high is real - I’ve got huge amount of energy for a short while and then I was super tired
- I felt less energy the following day too and any activity I did felt three times harder than usually
- I don’t really enjoy eating it, because I just stuck my mouth hole with it without even noticing any taste
So thank you - no anymore.
