My name is Jennifer. Almost 6 years ago I got a DUI and gave up drinking. Just this past January I had my first glass of wine in 5 years, well as you see, since I’m here, it hasn’t gone very well. I have an amazing husband who stood by me before in my recovery and two wonderful daughters. Things have now gotten out of hand again. This weekend I got black out drunk twice. I am so thankful that I didn’t do anything super crazy, at least I’m a really nice drunk, but I cannot continue going on like this. My husband and daughters are everything to me and I cannot loose it all to this disease.

Jennifer, I just saw this post as I just found this app. I too have done the same – way to many times. As I have gotten older (54) it happens more frequently. I hit my wall and have stopped drinking because I know how it will end up. Stay strong…start again! You know you have the tools – just open the tool box up! You got this!
