I stopped in 2018. It’s a hard one to kick. But for me, I found that once you’re done and you embrace the other parts of life….its the easiest one to NOT go back to (at least that’s how my journey was).

I got a glimpse of my own soul again and felt like I actually belonged in my body. It didn’t keep me from picking up other substances. I’ve only been 100% sober for almost 3 years. I had a lot of therapy and growth to get through.

But I’m proud of you!!! 96 days is a massive deal. Keep going

You’re welcome. This process is too hard to get through alone and its impossible to get through without support. Reach out if you ever need anything. Im from Colorado. Nice to meet you!

For admin: comfortable sharing, I’m not particularly private about my sobriety or the mistakes I made before it

Im 3+ years MF, and I’m :blush:Glad to have clean energy, andto let my mind rest. I was hurting inside, and I didn’t care about myself. I’m thankful for another opportunity to Live, and Love myself.
