I need to stop smoking. I want to see myself in a month’s time and see the difference made. I just need to be held accountable.

I’ve got you. Fighting cravings on day 2 over here with a wheel of cheese. I really like watching the days tick by on the counter but I have reset that counter often. How’s it going?
