I’m down!! I need to get back to working out! I’m finally off steroids so I should start working out and making my health a priority. It gets depressing when I’m on steroids because I have no control over my weight. But, I love working out!

I can relate not to the steroids but when the psychiatrist increased my Seroquel for sleep she said I’d most likely gain weight. I’m 35 pounds heavier now :face_vomiting: wtf?!!!? She’s weaning me off of it because no matter what I do I can’t drop any weight :flushed: :sunglasses::metal:t2:

So how does this work?

I did a 90 second plank today. And I hated every second of it. Fudge. :grimacing: But I didn’t say fudge.

I usually do one plank after my Pilates routine. I don’t like it.

I’m not going to be breaking any records. But I’ll give it a humble shot.
