Today (the 25th) is my birthday and I am 36 years old! This is my first sober birthday since I was probably 14 and I feel GREAT. Got on my knees this morning and prayed then took a nice long walk. Iām feeling so much gratitude and love. I found an amazing meeting yesterday which I will be attending this afternoon after some family members stop by for a quick visit then my mom is preparing a beautiful meal tonight. Iām so thankful for all of these blessings, especially my sobriety. Happy Monday everyone!!

Thatās awesome! I know that feeling of first sober born day. I celebrated my 37th born day in treatment center lol wasnt bad tho, I didnt want to at first but over time I accepted the blessing of being in treatment. All the guys and staff surprised me with a cake and sang happy birthday, phew! Lol toughest thing i ever had to sit thru! I finally experienced tears of joy. Iām sorry lol happy birthday!
