This weekend though was not great-- of course I did not drink alcohol. But I did spend 11 hours on my phone both Saturday and Sunday. 6 of those hours were on YouTube each day! 
What a waste of a good weekend.

Yes, long period of sobriety, I relapsed. I’m home alone, I’m depressed, no one will know, I’ll just have a couple, no big deal etc etc. Until one bottle became two. Then from evening to, earlier n earlier. My birthday was approaching, is this how I want to celebrate another year after all I survived? Now I woke up today, Monday morning, happy n proud n feeling amazing. Yup, 7 days n not looking back, looking forward. I’ve learned long time ago, there is no social drinking, there is no, just have one. It’s 100% committed Sobriety or not. Today I choose life. Thankful for the strength n support

Checking in at 4.0 days. Going to attempt a little bit of normal since being slapped with the Rona. I can at least breathe better today, so that’s a plus. I won’t overdue it, no insurance, so I’ve been following orders. It’s been rough withdrawing while battling this shit. I guess that’s what I get. Why I’m not dead, I have no idea. I hope to find my purpose one day. Baby steps.
