Day 2. Full of stress, anxiety, temptation to fail and drink. Still better than yesterday and sober. Thankfully booze shops around mine are shut so not easy to get any poison. Keep reading massively help not to think about it.

Got info that some classes will start back face2face in a week. The kids karate and robot classes also start. I hope this means a return to normality.
