It is ok to care about those feelings. You have them, you experience them, and they’re not especially enjoyable. Please don’t fight yourself and them too much over… You’re the one who reminded me to meditate some weeks ago. I am not gonna tell you to meditate over this, but I know that with all the practice you’ve had, maybe you can talk to you into letting those thoughts and feeling just be there for awhile. Who cares if they’re true or false, they’re there anyways and you’ve got to live your life with them at the moment… not cool, but still living and sober and breathing through…
I send you and hope you get some serenity and peace into this,

My sister says the same; she’s almost 40 years sober. It’s really changing our mindset; it’s just not an option.

I like hanging out with sober people and think anyone who doesn’t want to hang with you is a dick!

Day 231 is amazinggggg! You’re doing great. It sounds like you’re being too hard on yourself, which we all do! From me at day 24, you inspire me. Setting more obtainable goals, and just knowing that if you try your best, even if it doesn’t go exactly as planned, there’s less disappointment on yourself. You look great! I’m proud of you! And remember, the people that matter, are smiling for you already!!! Also Remember if they don’t like you, that’s their problem, when you let it bother you, then it becomes your problem! I’m super proud of you! Keep going! :muscle::pray::grinning:

nah I’m off for 5 days so just taking it easy for a bit, rest and healthy food a bit of exercise for week one then maybe think of some mini goals to keep me motivated.

Checking in on day 60 ,been a struggle of late if I’m honest not to use that’s not the issue ,it’s around letting go and not trying to have all the answers sharing the weight of things,just starting to come out the other end and tbh it’s been a hard lesson learnt.
