Hey, that is awfully stressful… I am a nurse… a positive is that if they saw something very emergent on the EKG they wouldn’t have let you leave… there are a couple very treatable arrhythmias, maybe it could be one? Maybe not… i’m sorry u are goin through this… awesome on 990 days!
Hope you get some news quickly and that whatever is going on, is easily treatable.

I’d stay away from caffeine, get some electrolytes, and get some good rest for now 
Checking in! Day 19. I made it through the birthday party without a drop of alcohol. I stayed only a few hours because at that point everyone was getting a little loose and I’d had my fill. I’m so proud of myself and relieved that I can make it through a social situation without alcohol. It’s been a long day though and I’m going to bed early! So grateful to have found this amazing group. I don’t think I could have made it through today without this app and this forum and you all.

Was looking forward to getting to 45 (half way to 90!) but now the days are dragging a bit. Maybe because I check my phone more at the wkend, busy on wkdays so they fly by. Reminding myself a number is just a number, staying sober today is important.

I knew you could do it! I was worried about you being the DD because the partiers would want to stay and you’d want to go. How’d that work out? Didn’t you feel fantastic pulling away from the curb knowing you were totally sober? Thanks for the post and congratulations!
