Day 34 AF.
Sore body, been pushing hard with work, gym, walking etc recently so swapped todayās gym session for some hydrotherapy and a spa.

Day 546
Quite in my head today. Overthinking and being sensitive. Last week I went to get my regular meds, but didnāt pick them up within three days, and so now is invalid, and am trying to stretch them until my next appointment. That could be one reason.

Oh man I hate it when some bureaucratic thing gets in the way of necessary medications. I get that sometimes with my medications (though I donāt think in my case thereās any expiry 3 days after the pickup date).

Got a good solid 5 hours of sleep last night thank goodness , took everyoneās advice and it helped! Or I was just extremely tired LOL
My little guy was up at 3 am ready to party , so itās been an early morning and can imagine itās going to be a long day!

Iām not alone on that 5 hours of sleep! Shout out to the Parents of kids 3 years old and under at home (i got a 1 year old and a 3 year old) Getting Sober while not sleeping much and parenting little babies is a battle i know all to well!

Welcome to the community, 9 days is a huge step. A massive stride in taking back control of your day to day life. New changes and new pathways opening all the time. Sobriety isnāt measured by the number of days clean, it is measured by the actions taken daily to remain sober!
