I have soooo much catching up to do here! I came down with something yesterday and am still under the weather, pretty weak from not being able to keep food down, sore throat, heaviness in my chest, body aches, etc. COVID negative so far. Just resting and sipping broth and hot tea for now. Being sick sucks! I’ll have to spend some time here reading when I start feeling better but my eyes can’t handle looking at the screen for long at the moment. Bummer. Hope everyone is hanging in there and doing better than I am!

Still sick, but going out anyway. In the afternoon I take a nap. I feel like an old lady
Today we went to a botanic garden.
Tomorrow we are leaving again at the end of the day. 20 houres of traveling by bus.
But despite feeling sick it was a good holiday. I enjoyed the warm sun soooo much!

466 days no cocaine.
88 days no vape.
Today has been a struggle, mentally and physically. Everything has been difficult to motivate myself to do, and to actually do, but I did it all anyway. Now I’m exhausted but can wind down.
I had a very disturbing nightmare last night, and it just kept getting worse and worse, it felt like there was going to be no escape, then I woke up thankfully.
