My therapist said the same thing today.
Hello all, checking in at 30 days. Been such a busy week, been spiralling a little, but that has cheered me up. My health issues seem to all be flaring at once. I am really scared about my gallbladder removal, but I think it just needs to happen now. Luckily the NHS wheels move slowly to give me time to process it.
Congratulations to everyone on the amazing milestones, and thinking of those who are struggling.
Evening check in.
Another fine day is behind my back.
Lately I have as well troubles with eating full meals, so I’m for now just eating snacks, which helps me to not starve myself or fully binge.
Also it seems my dog which is already enough old started A LOT like my boyfriend! Look, they’re friends now.
At evening while I had therapy session he as well drew these drawings in our diary. I love them! He said it looks meh, but it is not, it’s really cute. I think he would be amazing artist actually.
(he’s lately a lot interested in french language, so that’s why he a lot writes me different french stuff!)
I hope everyone are okay.
Congratulations on the 30 days Jenny.
Keep up the great work!!

I could not wake up this morning, I slept until 10:30am! It happens sometimes. So I missed the online ‘Calm Space’ session, but it’s on every week so I can go next week hopefully.
I left mine at midday, and didn’t get home until nearly 5pm! I caught the bus instead of managing anxiety over having nowhere to park, but I made it on time to the course. It was just a discussion about an in-the-making creativity course, so we just brainstormed on creative things, and then tried to come up with a name for the course, that would attract students and also meet expectations as to what the course would entail. It felt much longer than necessary, and there’s 2 more sessions on it, I don’t want to go to them, but I’ll push myself. I was made to feel welcome and included. There was a gender neutral bathroom. A progressive flag on canvas hanging on the wall in the course room. I was also given a prospectus of all the upcoming in-person courses, so I’ll take a look at that in-between my two online courses with them tomorrow. I hope I wake up earlier and don’t miss the first one.

Look at you checking in here with your 3 years of freedom. Congratulations Nordique
I appreciate you always being here for us.
Great job!
My therapist agrees.
I fulfilled.
But i nearly slipped.
Was already parking at the supermarket to buy wine.
I am home now… Eating a tiny rest of the thai Curry and some banana peanut butter bites I prepared this afternoon.
The yin session was intensive, I am very soft now.
I made it… And I had an emotional positive day… But I realy am not sure if I can stay sober.
But today I will but that head and softened mind sober on my pillow!
Just do this thing one minute at a time!! we are all going thru this — you are doing so well in seeing your triggers and avoiding them. So very happy for your accomplishment!
Doing the happy dance to celebrate your 1 week of sobriety!
My day has been so busy that I don’t have time to sit down and tag everyone who said congrats on my earlier post but I just wanted to say a quick thanks to everyone, you guys all rock!
I’ve made up a daily check list for myself to start trying to develop a routine been doing it since Sunday just to try and get myself into some small good habits will build on this again next week
Way to go!!! 3 years is incredible! Alot of ODAATs!
