Checking in daily to maintain focus #73

@ebenjansen Way to go with your timers… wishing you the best of luck with adding vaping to your sobriety list. :muscle: You can join us on the Grumpy A-holes (quitting cigarettes/ nicotine products) (Part 2) thread if you need more support with your smoking / vaping journey
@sarahbear How is your day going? Day 2 is amazing. Glad you focused on plans and hopefully you were able to stay focused and not let the thoughts bog you down :hugs:
@teacosy I’m sorry friend. Grateful that you did not buy that bourbon. Sorry for the family drama, I do know how triggering that can be. Grateful you did not let old habits take hold. We are doing this together odaat :hugs: Way to play the tape forward – that run tomorrow is going to be that much sweater!

Never too early – you go ahead and watch that movie! That is a beautiful view – feels so very calming!
@naomi Thanks friend. Been a scary day for sure but feeling a bit better and grounded now. Hope that this lasts. Glad you got that 12 hour sleep! Sounds like your dealing with some serious stuff too – hope you are feeling better  Poor doggo – he may not be hiding cause of your reaction but more for his own feelings over the mishap. Hugs to him and to you :hugs:

I love the spirit and look forward to reading your cooking chronicles. Oh man i’m sorry that you are having to finish it all off basically by yourself – good luck friend. Have a relaxing night – glad that migraine has calmed down
@catmama23 Way to go with 3 weeks :muscle: Glad that your neighbors have been quiet lately. Glad you enjoyed a not so sweet mocktail. I do enjoy a mocktail from time to time but my biggest complaint is that they are usually 90% sugar LOL – would not have even thought about the sugar content during my drinking days.
@Refreshedperspective Great work on working through your feelings in a healthy manner. We really do have a lot to deal with - it is easier when we have support around us. 55 days and going strong :muscle:

Checking in on Saturday night
766 days free of alcohol and weed
1181 days free of cigarettes

not much to say - feeling exhausted and tired - ready to sleep

wishing everyone a wonderful addiction free day / evening - sending you all so much love
