Day 18 also here. I know from the past that If you get past three (or four) weeks it will get easier. I hear you. Not easy and there will be shitty days but we shall get past them.

Good evening! I’ve just read some of the posts I’ve made on here over the last couple of years when I was absolutely desperate. I didn’t think I’d ever be able to stop drinking and today I haven’t had a drink for 100 days!!!
I’m soooo grateful for this forum, thank you
After many, many false starts I’m very proud of where I am. If I can do it so can you.

Day 108.

Wasn’t so active on here. Life is lifely. Going one step at a time in the right direction. Working with a psychologist, that helps me with my stressfull phase right now. Wanted to check in that you all know I’m still going!

70 days no vaping
5 days no binge-eating

Did my check-in earlier but I need this app right now.

I got into a car accident (not at fault, everyone is okay but my poor car is bent on the headlight). I know this is when relapses can happen and I’m doing well managing the stress. I’m upset because it’s my dream car but nobody got hurt and that’s what’s important.

This is how life is— ups and downs. I’m staying strong.
