@EFountains whoohoo  check out your sober time. Great to see you checking in with such a great count :tada::tada:
@Kareness thank you :folded_hands:t4:. Did manage to get some deep sleep last night. Woke up feeling like I was somewhere else :winking_face_with_tongue:.
@Carved_in_time good luck with the appointment. Hope you can get the surgery scheduled soon. Smoking is a bitch of an addiction (well they all are)…when you are ready - join us on the Grumpy A-holes (quitting cigarettes/ nicotine products) (Part 2) thread. Many great tips and tools to help you kick that habit.
@Staringupfromthewell thanks friend. It really was a lovely outing. Going to arcades now doesn’t have the same feel as when we were younger. Not sure if it’s the atmosphere or the games. So this was brilliant as it was some dingy warehouse with games lined up in a circle. The games were classics which helped with the nostalgia. Hopefully the library will continue to do this

Same. I got this splint called silent nite that was helpful. Hadn’t been doing its job as of late so may need to take it in for an adjustment? The appliance shifts try jaw slightly and gives it room to relax. Not sure how the clenching eases but it did. It was expensive (about the same as a mouth guard I think) but so worth it. May want to talk to your dentist.

@apes2020 whoohoo  1 week and keeping that momentum going strong :flexed_biceps:t4:

Checking in on Tuesday morning - Relaxing start with TS and my coffee. I did manage some good amounts of deep sleep last night. Feeling ok but not well enough for the pool. Have a city inspection for the apartment today so will take a rest day from the gym. I will stay on top of all my other PT exercises so that is something.
Wishing everyone a wonderful addiction free day - sending you all so much love
