Called the solar panel company as I had a request, took me minutes and lies to get to a human who then couldn’t help me but filling a form with incorrect answers so that the person receiving this form will (have to) contact me. This is now the new efficiency. I understand the process but man is this process shit. It all sucks. I’d never thought I’d prefer talking to a human on the phone. I hate calling people.
