I’ve been having chest pains from years of IV drug abuse. I’m afraid something may be wrong. I don’t currently have health insurance so I’m not sure what to do. Any advice?

Go to a Dr for sure. Try urgent care. It’s cheaper than a Dr visit usually. Can’t promise though. Sry and hope you feel better
