Ive dealt with Pornography at the age of 11 and have been on and off of it when I became 17-18 my temptation and depression got the best of me yesterday and today and it kills me seeing it again. I have a girlfriend and a strong spirit but I feel so shamed now making this stupid choice. Im getting sober and done with pornography for good, I need all the help I can get on this app because I don’t want my addiction to cause destruction between me and my girlfriend in the future.

Welcome! You are not alone. Pornography is a problem for so many, and there’s a group of us here who struggle with it as well.
It’s good you’re getting a handle on this early. It will help you reorient your “intimacy compass” so it’s more focused on you and your partner being meaningfully intimate, rather than on the empty pseudo-intimacy of pornography.
My experience recovering from porn has suggested that for me at least, porn was an escape; it was a quick (hollow) fix instead of doing the unpredictable work of growing an intimate, mutually-healthy, mutually-supportive-and-also-vulnerable relationship with my significant other.
