Day 53 and day 13 Finally made it to Xmas and still sober. I’m off to work to cook lunch for 40 so may gods will get you all through this day and remember that’s all it is to us just one more day. I’m so proud to be spending it with my TS family for the first time and without you all I know this Xmas would not have been the same. Thank you for all the encouragement this year you have shaped me into what I have woke up to be on this fine blessed day. Find peace.

Day 97…Reading good book called Life Skills for Adult Children. It’s geared towards adults that grew up in dysfunctional families.

It’s just what I needed to start learning to let go of my flaws.

Cravings for compulsive eating gone.
No longer stuck on carbohydrates.
Also, don’t feel hungry on low carb.
