This idea that we can have a “best” life if we just try harder can fuck the fuck off. How about live the life that is happening now? Kind of like thinking recovery has an end point. Well, I suppose that’s when we expire, but you get the point.

Exactly. The stores are as warm as always and some still have wide open doors 
My coworkers are the same, they turn the heaters on in our office and leave the windows open. We don’t have to go down to 19° C because we’re healthcare, but we could. Our patients still have a warm waiting room and that won’t change.
I just read that Germany has to save 30% more energy

I spent 3 hours with oven cleaning.
My hands hurt 
But it’s 90% cleaner now 
For the rest of the dirt I’ll need something with a lot more power than soda, baking powder, vinegar and dish soap.
Any suggestions from the German folks?

Don’t worry, all ministers go abroard begging for more cheap fossil energy to compensate for the cheap gas we had too long and didnt invest in renewable energy (but i will shut up, too political, sorry)
