The unexplained anxiety attack I had a couple of hours ago. Don’t know why or where the heck that came from. Weird. I’m fine now, though. It passed.

Onions - Why do they still want me to taste them 8 HOURS after I ate them?! Fucking gross.

Me - For eating onions, knowing this would happen. Idiot :woman_facepalming: Is there some kind of trick for this I’m unaware of?! (Serious question)

Also, winter - GO TF AWAY ALREADY!!! :triumph:

Sucking on a wedge of fresh lemon might help. It’s supposed to break down certain enzymes.

Racist people can fro.
Today a patient insulted a coworker in the most evil way. The case flew right on the desk of our medical manager. This patient won’t ever get any treatment in any of our hospitals or offices ever again.

Mint, peppermint is listed as a solution besides :lemon: wedges. And, apple cider vinegar, mustard sauce or a slurry of baking soda swished around in the mouth. Yum!

Hmm…interesting. Lemons make me itchy, but it might be worth it for the rare times I need it

This just made me remember when I would try to hide my alcohol breath from my ex. I read that eating mustard or garlic would hide the smell so I literally ate them by the spoonful  That’s so insane! Luckily I love them both, but geez!

Similarly, working with someone who constantly cranks the heat (I know who it is) :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

I know I keep my home cooler than most at 65°, but my body prefers too cold over too hot. At work, anything over 70° gets uncomfortable bc I’m constantly moving. Closing Valentine’s Day, I went to turn the thermostat down to 63° for the night. It was set to 82! 82!!! If it were 82° outside, I’d be wearing shorts! No wonder my coworker had an asthma attack! In the summer we’re not allowed to turn the AC down lower than 70°, so I brought it up and asked the GM if there was a cap off for the heat. He said no! WTF!!!

I turn it down when no ones looking :smiling_imp:

I would faint :see_no_evil:
I’m a too cool person too, my brain stops working properly at 25 °C / 77 °F, my body starts to shut down about 28,5 / 83, over 30 / 86 I’m done and in survival mode aka doing nothing exept breathing. All day long.
Therefor I will have an A/C installed in a few weeks. I noticed last year - my first summer in the new house on the farm - that it can get above 25 allthough the walls are 50 cm plus 5 cm isolation and the roof has 20 cm isolation. Fuck hot summers.

I know right?! The building I work in has 16 foot ceilings and seats 200 people comfortably. The GM might change his mind once they get the energy bill!

And yes, cold feet can FRO. I went out once today, maybe 7 minutes total actually outside, and I couldn’t feel my toes for an hour after! I had to put on another pair of socks!
