Oohhh this is so pretty. What a cool pattern too
Lovely work!
It’s fun and a quick way to feel accomplished, I have a friend who also finger knits and it looks great.
Thanks. next project. Sock monkey
I could definitely use some fun and feelings of accomplishment!
Totally! I follow a lot of Spanish crochet Channels and Japanese too.
I love those colors!!!
Edit: I didn’t even read your comment before posting this so I’ll say again, I think you should continue with those colors.
Share them please. Maybe some of your favorites.
I did too, but there is something gloomy about it now after a few thousand stitches. I think I can do better. I had some inspiration, and I might keep one of those colors.
I like “work in progress just like me”. I love to knit and can’t tell you how many times I messed up a project because I was drinking. I love sober knitting and the idea of I’m a WIP too
Hahaha, yeah, I feel like that whole project represents my recovery. Made some mistakes on the way, but determined to move forward.
And even though alcohol is not my DOC (it’s pmo), this is still keeping me distracted, which is good.
Knitting sober, and for keeping sober is great! I like it!
I needed a quick yet challenging project in between the woollen socks I’m making. So I tried double knitting for the first time. Made a test run for a potholder. It has some mistakes, but I guess I can keep this one for myself, as I was planning to make these as gifts.
Didn’t make the pattern. Found it on Pinterest.
Neat! Well done you! My best friend is a whiz at this technique. My brain can not do the thing. I’ll just stick to crochet. Lol
Thank you! I wish to be at that level hahah!
I find it just time consuming, but I like it overall.
Still some bordering to do but my blanket is mainly finished. A friend of mine was the 1st person to be covered with it, what an honour! Guess who’s hiding under there??
That’s so pretty. And looks like a good snuggle.
Thanks. It is, although it’s a bit itchy since it’s mainly wool
Gorgeous! I still have socks on my list to make for the first time.
