Thank you so much!! I was never a big fast food eater until I met my husband in 2020 I put on 40 pounds since because we would get drunk and order DoorDash every night  Been fast food free for nearly 2 years now and almost 2 weeks sober!

That’s super impressive!! Well done :+1:t4:. I would order fast food many times in my drunken state… thankfully that stopped when I became sober so I totally understand. Congratulations on your sober time time!!!

Just did a legs/back/chest/forearms/abs workout  I couldn’t train as hard as I usually would though sadly, cuz I have a bad headache and getting sick I think, but still I tried my best nonetheless

Did a 2 mile run on the treadmill at a 5% incline to warm up. Then did a good shoulder workout. The pain I was feeling in my right shoulder has really subsided since I’ve redoubled my fitness efforts. I think strengthening it really has helped.

That’s impressive! Drinking 3 litres of water a day is hard enough for me these days lol you’re doing fantastic and I see how much effort you put into yourself. Respect :oncoming_fist:

Thanks. I’ve seen my cardio fitness just recently really improve greatly. It’s really fulfilling to start feeling very fit rather than just pushing through. I can be proud of myself again. Yeah, the water sucks….but just keep a full water bottle near you at all times. If Im Struggling then I will break out the Vimto and add a cheeky splash :oncoming_fist:t2:

After almost 2 years, I have completed the entire distance of Route 66!! I am beyond proud of myself!! This honestly was more of a mental challenge than a physical one. It was about being persistent and never giving up. I didnt lose the weight that I wanted to lose but as of today, I am down 30lb from my heaviest weight. On to the next challenge!
