Just curious . Do you count to 100 4 times or actually count from 1 to 400. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:. When I see your days achievement I think wow and sober too. Having fun with you on this journey.

Its been a few months since I’ve hit the gym.

I feel physically weak, feel like ish.
But, I’ve been enjoying outside adventures, it definitely wasn’t wasted.

Anyways, cheers to the comeback.

I don’t think ill be doing my powerlifting stuff though. It drains me so much and bogs me down.

I would have loved to get to a 600 lb squat and a 400 lb bench.

But, man, thats would just mentally break me.

Day one come backs are not great, i just get my body going again.

We will see.

Have a good day, everyone.

Keep me healthy, keep me growing in a good way, let my ego drift and enjoy the new community of people that will be around me.

In Jesus name, Amen

outdoor adventures are great for the mind and body. you don’t have to get back to 600 lb squats or 400 lb bench - do what you can and listen to your body. all movement is great :hugs:

Yeah, i feel that.

I dont think im going to get to far into powerlifting routines. Ill still do them on occasions.

I did powerlift deadlifts today. Got to 495 pretty easily and left it there.

But the rest was pull ups and core work.

To lean more into a calisthenics idea, over raw power.

Today was a doozy. :face_exhaling: But I had to get some training in for my competition on the 28th. My time was 13:05 with an 18 minute time cap. :flexed_biceps:t4: I did the scaled version.
