March 2nd
Had a killer upper body workout today. Like the kind of workout where ur getting angry at the weights lol I feel AMAZING! Also did 15min of incline treadmill walk afterwards. And a good stretch. Feels SO good to get back to the gym!

Managed to get to the gym. The youngest had a minor surgery this morning, but managed to get in a workout between dropping the wife and her at hone and picking up the eldest from school

Weights. Chest and back. Heavy.

Followed by 35mins on the elliptical.

March 3rd
Leg day! Ab day!
Was able to increase the weight slightly on Single Leg, Leg press. Felt good about that bcuz I havent done legs in weeks.
Also did 30min of cardio - incline treadmill walk.

Current weight: 235.2lb

Tuesday:
Morning routine - 10min yoga, 2min plank, 10 pushups;
6km interval running

Got to the gym with the wife this morning for some pad rounds. Shes coming back from a leg injury so is joining in with some easy boxing rounds. Was good fun and some nice easy movement for me

Monday was a rest day. Tuesday was an insane spin class. I think I sweat for three hours afterwards. :rofl:I’m doing weights rotation and some jogging this morning. Perhaps bootcamp as well this evening, will see how I feel later on.

Started boot camp yesterday. Did that and the 6pm CrossFit class.

Boot camp comes with two InBody scans which I have done in the past while in the nutrition program. I can’t get past the 31% but I will succeed! :face_with_steam_from_nose: Goal is 29% by summer. Gotta’ lay off them doughnuts. :laughing:

I’ve literally just hit 29.1% BF and I was super stoked! I do a weekly body composition scan as I genuinely hate BMI and I don’t believe that relying on overall weight shows a reliable or healthy picture.

Not at the gym yet but will be heading there shortly.
Today is cardio day:

  • 30min incline treadmill walk
  • 15min elliptical
  • 15min stationary bike
  • Stretch

Current weight: 234lb Slowly getting back to the weight I was at the beginning of Feb. Then I can keep moving forward on my goals :slight_smile:
