Well this was a barn burner leg day. 4 record high weight loads today. And i haven’t found my ceiling yet.
These were heavy, but not max heavy. I’m trying to sneak up on what will be max, but it’ll be over some time so as not to jump to quickly.
I’ve sort of come to limits on upper body, but those weights are steadily climbing.
As for legs, I’m not sure where that max load is yet. Onwards!!
Do any of you guys use a free workout app or know of any decent apps?
Given my current climate, I have decided to discontinue my involvement with my personal trainer and go it alone until after my surgery, therefore not having access to the Trainerize app.
I was using FitOn App for some workouts and then my sister gave me access to her online trainers but honestly I enjoy using YouTube (when I workout at home) to look up workouts that I am interested in based on what I want to work on and how long of a workout I need

I currently build my own based on legs, back/bi, chest/tri spilt’s, with add ons using ChatGPT .
As long as you have a decent idea and can double check it it seems to be doing a great job for me. It’s knowledge of stretches, warm ups, cool downs has been invaluable to me.

Good day off the weights. Will be off again tomorrow as I’m going to visit my old man… have a pretty dialed in back and bicep session for Saturday. I’m looking forward to it.
Not today, but Monday I went to the zipline park! Tuesday was a rest day, yesterday was jiu-jitsu, and today I ran outside! Busy busy April!

Visited the old man today..5 hours driving in totality. But hit my morning treadmill session and got two decent walks in while there, (second Es walking with him down to vote) to grab at least my 10k steps in. Tomorrow we hit the gym…woohoo
