Have A Great Week To All.
I loved going for walks but now I might have a march fracture on my foot. A bit of annoying that I’m about to build a habit and then my body forces me to stop what I like. I’m thinking about doing some workouts and yoga that don’t involve staying on your feet instead for awhile.
Day 11 completed…
This is super frustrating for sure. I have had similar set backs with my body and I can attest to the annoyance. Great mindset to find something else to keep you doing workouts while your foot heals.
6/9/25
90 min lap swimming
3 mile treadmill walk 4.0 speed 6% incline
12000 steps
Been shifting my focus onto IN/OUT+PROTEIN. My cardio is really good these days and I’m down a couple more kilos. Feeling strong and good with my rough 5 days a week plan of spin, inclines, weights, body conditioning and Pilates. I’ve been getting some good numbers, but find posting daily on here a distraction to how I process my inner value. For now. But I’m with each and every one of you fine people. Keep pumping.
I suggest seated weight lifting, swimming and spin class if you can. My partner has a heel fracture currently from body combat and I know how painful and annoying it is. Don’t overdo weight bearing exercises as it just simply will not get better. Good luck.
Impressive work TF…glad you are keeping to your movement routines and seeing the benefits.
Totally understand not wanting to post daily. Do what works for you.
I’m as committed as ever, but found myself getting obsessive around numbers and so I’m giving myself grace on that and not allowing myself to go beyond the science (calories and performance within workout: quality not quantity).
It’s not about what I do if I don’t do it right. I can see in my weights that I’m improving. Muscles are popping
Thanks for the tips. I’m usually a fast walker and now I feel so slow. Gotta take it easy so I don’t make it worse.

20 minutes on excersise bike. I had sturdy shoes and my foot seemed fine afterwards.
Day 12 today.
That’s a great way to get it in. Try doing a sprint followed by periods of rhythm cycling. If you have a heart rate monitor then aim for bursts of 145BPM+ between keeping it within 110-130BPM. it’s a great workout, cardio and fat burn, and non weight bearing for your foot. Make sure to stretch your hammies and calf muscles afterwards.
Thanks, I will try that. I haven’t used the heart rate monitor on my smart watch much yet so good to use that function more. And I try to remember to stretch, that is something I easily have skipped.
Good Afternoon
Tried to take a day off but……
And honestly working out later in the day had me pushing myself. Morning workouts is where it’s at.

Run 4.25 miles- Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Saturday is usually my longer distance runs.
I run with no headphones and it is the most therapeutic thing for me. Mentally during / after my runs is something that I can’t even explain! The other days are rest days, but I definitely still do all the other things needed for my recovery. Be blessed everyone

Gave myself a rest from the situps. But went in with the other workouts 300 instead of 200 and 3 mile run instead of 2. Keep on pushing yourself, no excuses and always stay positive. Have a good day and take care.
