Good job on getting out there. Did my first organized 10k back in January- fog run. It was a blast.
Woke up a lil late this morning so I ran a shorter distance today.

Running for me is so therapeutic (no headphones… most times)

Got off my butt and didnt make excuses. I may not be able to get to the gym right now but I still exercised. Did a 25min Body HIIT workout on youtube. Had to make some modifications to some exercises but still pushed thru. Feeling good!

Was able to hit the gym today!!! Felt soo good!! Its been a couple weeks since i went. Didnt have a HUGE amount of time to spend there but i sort of did a full body workout. Wanted to do weights bcuz i dont have access to weights at home. Im worried about losing the muscle i do have over the summer. So any gym time i get will be focused on weights
