Grateful my boss is off for 3 days so I can catch up on some projects and not be pulled into meetings!

I’m grateful I’m not using booze to get me through this bout of back pain.
I’m grateful I was able to get out of bed this morning.
I’m grateful I was able to get the pet chores done.
I’m grateful I have another chiropractor appointment this morning.
I’m grateful I got my quiet time in and Daisy is on my lap.
I’m grateful when I get home from my appointment I can go back to bed.

I’m grateful today is almost over.
I’m grateful this week is almost over and tomorrow is Friday.
I’m grateful this week happened.
I’m grateful that I’m still sober, and that I can be and stay sober even with weeks like this. I’m grateful for all of you Gratidudes and TS too for all the support to be and stay sober.
I’m grateful to have this chance to learn how to do things a new way, how to deal with stuff and deal with it even better because I’m sober. I’m grateful that I feel better about myself - I don’t need to drink just because things out of my control start to unravel.
M and D? I definitely deserve a new skipping rope or book or cheezies or jujubes or something for making it thru this week. Grateful to you for showing me I could reward myself. (It got out of hand with the wine - but we’ve reined that in now for 241 days. 
)

Even though I had the worst nights sleep with back pain and a headache that just won’t go away I’m still here and grateful I’m not a drunk.

I’m grateful that after waking up not really happy I had a good work day.
I’m grateful all of the residents at my work place are vaccinated now.
I’m grateful the sun was shining today 
I’m grateful to come home to my own place (even though it’s rented) and have a cute little cat waiting for me 
.
I’m grateful for house renter’s protection in this country, whereby I am able to live where I live.
I’m grateful for the food that I’m going to put on my plate right now.

I’m grateful the weekend is so close I can taste it.

Grateful my mom decided for a retirement home for my grandma.
