Grateful that in 5 minutes I have a starting call with the commission only job.
An hour later I have my first brain injury meetup.

Thank you @JazzyS

This is lovely advice. Maybe i need to challenge myself to do gratitude consistently in some way through this next month. It sounds like its more important than I’ve given it credit for. I appreciate you bringing this up!

Stay safe friend, sending prayers to you and the California folks. I’m glad wifey got meds, those kind of infections can be straining. Give Mavy and the gang scritches from me :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Grateful:

That I have a good three areas to sell advertising.
This weekend I do my first ever “healthy” drink sales role.
I withdrew my interest in soda land, yesterday’s brain meeting really had me think about what I might do that may not be safe, as I have not gone to the doctors in a year.
I will make an appointment with the brain doc at VA and ask for a referral to an ENT for smell and taste issues.
Today I will send off my appeal for disability.
Today I will begin writing what I have wanted to both for sobriety and TBI. I will study a bit more about making a tidbit on Substack.
You.

Thursday gratitude. Slowly pacing back to normal. very slowly.

Today I’m grateful for therapy. My therapist listened carefully how I approach this year and encouraged me to proceed. I’m grateful the first test of my peace of mind & soul will be tomorrow when I collect an authority notice from the post office. Let’s see if I want to strangle some bureaucrat tomorrow or just don’t give a fuck and return their bullshit for DIY. I’m grateful for options. I’m grateful I worked hard on letting go emotions, it payed off. To what degree, I’ll see

I’m grateful I fell asleep again in the morning after a crappy night and disturbing dreams. Grateful for my lovely, purring, cuddly cats, those furballs full of love and mischief.

I’m grateful for homecooked simple meals, it was delicious again today.

I’m grateful for a short walk after I stocked up on firewood in the carport. I’m grateful doing a little bit every day adds up
Therefor I’m grateful I proceeded with throwing away books at the townhouse today. The recycling bins were nearly empty and I filled 2 of them. I’m grateful I stick to my plans.

I’m grateful for purring Missi on my lap, hot tea on the table and a quiet evening. Will be to bed early and hope catching up on quality sleep. I’m grateful I do what I can and respect my limits. ODAAT
