Back for a second round of gratitude today . It just seems fitting today
I’m grateful my kids loved their presents today
I’m grateful my guests enjoyed themselves and the food
Im grateful I celebrated Christmas for the first time sober. There was some uncomfortable moments as I’m still learning to socialize without alcohol but it’s 1000x better than wasted
I’m grateful everyone has now gone home
I’m grateful for my dog snuggled up on my lap
I’m grateful to be only 1 sleep away from 1year sober. I never would have thought I could make it this far.
I’m grateful for the book I’m reading
I’m grateful to be sober
Im grateful to have a comfy bed to fall asleep in tonight.

Day 36

I’m grateful for spending Christmas with my family.

I’m grateful for all the amazing, thoughtful gifts that I received.

I’m grateful that I got to see my nieces and nephews and actually speak to them.

I’m grateful for ordering in dinner and having a fridge for of left overs for tomorrow.

I’m grateful to be in bed! I’ve travelled 4 out of the last 6 days. I’m drained, and feel off.

I’m grateful for looking myself in the mirror and talking to myself. I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished but know that I need to be more consistent to have future success. I’m must be more kind to myself.

I’m grateful for all the time that I’ve been spending with my family. I’m grateful that I planned and executed a great time. I’m grateful my kids loved the experience and their presents.

I’m grateful that I have no plans tomorrow. I’m grateful that I can get back into my recovery routine. I really need a reset day and hope the day plays out that way.

Enjoy the night everyone!

I am grateful for waking up this morning to the excitement of the kids seeing the gifts around the tree, taking guesses of what could things could be. We took our time and freshened up and opened gifts to see the joy on their faces.

I am grateful they loved everything they received. They were patient, they listened and they were grateful. It was a beautiful morning just enjoying the time with them opening gifts.

I am grateful we spent the day at my in laws and we had a great time opening presents, enjoying good food & company.

I am grateful that we had a good day. I am grateful for the wonderful in laws I have, I am very thankful for them.

I am grateful that we got home safe, ordered in and relaxed with a game to finish the night. I also had time to set up a few toys for the kids which they enjoyed playing with.

I am very grateful that today went well. Now it’s time to get some rest as it’s been a long day!

Hope everyone had a wonderful day celebrating

Day 37

I’m grateful for Allah and all the miracles he works for the life that I have.

I’m grateful for a positive mindset, I’m grateful that I’m mindful of the content that I consume.

I’m grateful for all the quotes that I read in the morning. Starting off the day with a strong mind is important in this world of negativity,

I’m grateful for the quality of the company I keep. I only interact with like minded people on a human level. The rest, I listen to for similarities and keep them and their negativity away.

I’m grateful for my morning mindset, I feel motivated to do what I need to, not for today but for tomorrow.

Stay positive my friends, enjoy the day!

I’m grateful the build up to Christmas is over. Hit hard this morning. That’s ok.
I’m grateful for the share at a meeting a few weeks ago “whatever you focus on can be your higher power.”
I’m grateful I been focusing on Christmas ever since and not all the “fucks :grimacing:” that happen in my life. And there’s been plenty of them. We all have fucks :grimacing: I’m grateful I’m at a point in my sobriety I can focus on other things and not dwell on those fucks.

I’m grateful we had a marvelous Christmas and it’s still going starting tomorrow when the Dallas clan get here. I’m grateful I got my flu shot because they always bring plague and diseases  and it’s just that time of year.

I’m grateful the rain has let up over here. I’m grateful we are not flooded. I’m grateful tomorrow is suppose to be sunshine. I’m grateful the rain event will be over.

I’m grateful my wrist doesn’t hurt to bad this morning after over doing it yesterday and Wednesday in the kitchen. Cuz it hurt then.

I’m grateful Tisha got a year sober today. I’m so delighted

I’m grateful I got a day to get things done at my pace before the I pick up the Dallas kids tomorrow.

I’m grateful we will have another Christmas here at our house for all my fam tomorrow and they can all have leftovers or fresh pea soup I’m grateful that turned out terrific or bagels and lox’s or whatever they find.

I’m grateful I know I take it upon myself to host and feed everyone in these instances and I’m getting better at letting them fend for themselves. But I do have to plan that too.

I’m grateful for the gift of sobriety especially during the Holidays where it use to be an excuse to get trashed for weeks.

I’m grateful I made it here to express my gratitude and now get my day going.

I’m grateful I can walk.

Every thought, action, decision, or feeling creates an eddy in the interlocking, inter-balancing energy fields of life. In this interconnected universe, every improvement we make in our private world improves the world at large for everyone.

Grateful to be healthy and past that holiday.
Though it was the first time I have ever been alone, these dogs weren’t boring.
I ate. Grateful to know how important it is to eat and that I should post pics more often for accountability.
Kindness. It really is everywhere..Family isn’t always the ticket.
Patience, power, hope, and peace - grateful emotions and thoughts right there.

I am grateful I have a few days off work to unwind and relax and still get things done around the house. Somehow there is always something to do.

I am grateful for a slow morning, sleeping in, having my coffee and having a long video call with my mom.

I am grateful for making a nice dinner with the help from my husband and I made a cheese snack as well. My oldest loved the cheese snack.

I am grateful I had time to unpack all their gifts and get my home more organized. I plan to organize some more tomorrow.

I am grateful for a calm day, easy mind, easy thinking, not having to go out today as it was icy weather outside today.

I am simply grateful for all the little things and everything we have been blessed with in life.

Have a good night!

Day 37

I’m grate for cleaning and organizing my room. The eye pollution was getting to me, my mind feels more at ease.

I’m grateful for putting up my new tv. The picture and sound quality is so much better than my old one.

I’m grateful for the meetings I attended and for the lessons I picked up in them. “Grass doesn’t grow the same amount everyday, the amount of growth depends on conditions and care”.

I’m grateful for moving at my own pace today. My mind and body are exhausted from the events this week. I really need to regroup this weekend. I need to spend time organizing more parts of my life for future success.

Enjoy the night!

:snowflake: A change in mindset. Im just feeling a bit more acceptance towards myself and where Im at in this moment. Grateful that things can change and improve for me.
:snowflake: Persistence. Grateful that Im soo damn stubborn and never give up on myself and my goals.
:snowflake: Husband and son. Grateful that we got to spend quality time together as a family over the holidays.

:snowflake: My new winter coat. It goes down to my knees and it keeps my legs warmer in this -31°C (-24°F) weather.
:snowflake: Being at work today. I felt bad for missing last Sunday and so Im grateful that I am at work today and tomorrow.
:snowflake: My new routine that I have set up for myself recently. Im really going to try and focus 2026 on balance and making sure that I take care of myself spiritually, physically, and emotionally.
