Hi hi! A wonderful planetary rotation to everyone on it! To the super cool ISS dwellers as well! Can’t leave them out. (imagine if one of them were checking in here!)
Today has been great. Anxiety at similar levels to yesterday but handling it like a boss, so it’s liveable. Got lots more done today. Also had a nice brief chat with a neighbour (we left our houses at exactly the same time heading the same direction). Went to my spot under the bridge to meditate again, this time more proactively. Tried cooking something new (which is stressful for me but I need to diversify), and am happy with how it turned out. Going to focus on neglected housework tonight so I can relax more tomorrow.
I love you guys. The boy band business started my day off with a deep belly laugh! The first marketing posters that come out are going to be priceless as they are humiliating, depending on how the brand manager decides we should look and dress

Alright… sounds like we’re ready to rock! We’ve got a band, we’ve got the “new” spice girls (featuring Old Spice, Pumpkin Spice and I’ve heard Cinnamon Spice and Cardamom are also in the house). Now we just need a bus and a shitload of seltzer water & healthy snacks and we can hit the road! Stay strong and stay sober, friends! Happy (almost) Friday!

hey everybody…chop chop. how’s our band coming together? looks like Bill is the only one who’s written any songs so far. come on! just got back from my 3rd Cubs baseball game in 4 days. the amount of alcohol consumed all throughout the stadium is staggering. A guy sitting next to me easily spent over $120 on beer at $11 bucks each. I briefly wondered how much money I have quite literally pissed away in all my years going to games…they give you a free soft drink if you sign up at guest services as a designated driver (even though I walk to the games)…so I spent $0 on beverages tonight…

Been working on it tonight! Oh. Well… ah. Right. OH! Apparently there’s a difference between boy band and orchestra! Oops. I’ve only just started, so maybe I can still make some slight adjustments to the instrumentation and try to turn it into a bopping chart-topping pop hit? that’s how music works, right? 
On second thought… I may need a different approach…

Good morning, Tom. My sobriety tracker says I’ve saved $4,000 at the one year mark (which I think is conservative). I was abusing alcohol for 30 years (or more). So, conservatively, I literally PISSED AWAY $120,000. Damn!
