Yes he is ready and able. We talked this through on beforehand. Feel so bad for my 7 yr old. Told her yesterday about this and she cried for wanting to spend more time with me. It sucks…

I remember Freya being really worried about Jen when she spent the best part of a year on Chemo and Radiotherapy. We just had to keep reassuring her. Bless, at such a young age it’s hard to see their mum’s suffering.
Well it was hard for me to see my mum suffering and I was in my 30’s

I bet it was hard time for you all, chemo is such a heavy treatment and cancer of course is something else. I know women who didn’t make it with breast cancer. Glad that it’s history now for your family.
Yes their father lives close to me so it’s a good idea they would spend a little time with me daily

@Fireweed sorry it’s a rough go for you right now… but like Geoff said, you’re built of strong stuff. Ronin is out today and I haven’t seen him… I think he is on his way over to give you kitty snuggles. He’s been a real softie lately. Let me know if he causes any trouble, and give him a good scolding if he does. Compressed air works too, like those dust buster spray cans. He can’t stand the sound!
@anon12657779 11 months! Second everything Tom said. And as far as meeting up goes, well, it’s too far in the future to say, but if I can make it work financially (and that is a massive “if” with a number of variables), I may be going to visit a friend in the UK next year, maybe we can make something work then. Fingers crossed!

Wandering off on his own is a thing of his, he does it all the time. Part of why he’s got the name he’s got. But he’ll come back. I’m not worried, but if anyone sees him they’re certainly welcome to post their sightings
