You were probably right. Although amazingly tired, couldn’t sleep and my heart goes like a rabbit on fire
This made me laugh until I had tears…but also it might be good for napping with a headache.

I’d wear it anyhow. So stylish
Those are good snack choices to boost your intake. Healthy fats & protein and micronutrients. Good job (from your friendly neighbourhood ‘food police’ as I’ve been called )
Happy Friday. A chilly 8°c. Can’t wait for hubby to turn on house heat But I do enjoy this sweater & boots weather. Just chilly first thing to get to coffee maker Have a great sober day, folks
I know the feeling when youre not able to attend meetings, it sucks
I just had many hours of sleep so maybe I’m able to hang around here for you. Or pm?
Have missed it totally if there are some storms in the water glass (or worse) going on in the forum.
My student friends invited me to join them for a pub night. I just messaged that can’t come. Miss them like hell, but choose my wool socks and Netflix instead
Hi.
Waking up to this thought was fun I’m glad it was just nausea pills. Looked up salmiakki… that really does not appeal to me…
Thanks! I was hoping so. I just felt silly scooping out peanut butter to eat with a spoon before bed. (And off a small plate because I couldn’t be bothered to dry a bowl ). But this is the upside to not having unhealthy snacks in the house, I’m forced into something nutritionally reasonable But I should find something else to add in too. The hemp seeds were given to me and I’m scared to tear through them and find out how expensive they are to restock, and I probably shouldn’t go nuts on the peanut butter… ah well. Grocery shopping today, will find something.
Similar temps here. Down to a few degrees overnight, but the days are still warming up to the mid-teens, so not bad! Landlady turned on the heat today though, by the sounds of it.
@keiti Sounds anxiety-inducing, Kairi. I like your thoughts on how to stay connected this weekend. Shout if you need any extra support!
That’s so crazy, almost everyone except small kids love ammonium chloride here. And it’s common entertainment to give it to a foreigner and see how the face goes
How do you eat those hemp seeds? I have them in my fridge but they kill my teeth
The taste was compared to salty liquorice, and I can’t stand liquorice, that’s all. Love the entertainment, reminds me of giving Warheads (extremely sour candy) to kids… there’s Youtube videos of their reactions. I like the ones with older kids who ask for it… there’s some of parents giving them to toddlers who can’t fully understand, and is a choking hazard besides, which isn’t so good.
The hemp seeds I have are shelled, and I just mixed them right into my peanut butter, and it worked well that way. Soft enough to chew comfortably. Maybe if you’re eating them by themselves it’s trickier, not sure.
That’s exactly what I have!
I almost had to wear socks a few mornings ago…
Lol poor baby!
My 4 y.o refused a coat. So he was in a trapper hat & t-shirt this morning
I’m thinking kids dont feel the cold as much because they all seem to hate coats and will play seemingly without bother in near freezing temps…they’re all the same like that…puzzling.
Hanna B. I hope you’re feeling rested and like james I had to research salmiakki, I may talk myself into ordering from Amazon so I can make amusing faces…for your benefit of course…
Good day all. Stay strong. Stay the course.
Don’t get trampled! Hop on!
Thank you, but I afraid of flying, especially on the backs of carnivorous Prehistoric birdlike creatures…
@ifs I have a big box of salty liquorice stored in case of crisis. Waiting for you when you come by
But to comfort I have grunchy peanut butter too, which I love so. And try to eat every day to fight my underweight.
Ok, @Salty I’ll have to grind those bastards then. Btw are you a nutritionist or relative?
That would be a noble gesture
